As our Vice President-Enterprise and Solution Architecture, you will use your expertise in Enterprise and Solution Architecture to lead our architecture team. You will be instrumental in shaping and driving our technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering innovation across the organization.


In this role you will:


Lead Enterprise Architecture:

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Define standards and guidelines for application development, integration, data, security, and infrastructure.

Drive Solution Architecture:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and resilient solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide guidance on technology selection, integration patterns, and best practices.

Modernize Application Platform:

  • Spearhead the design and evolution of modern application platforms leveraging cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and support continuous delivery.

Have Healthcare Domain Expertise:

  • Apply deep understanding of healthcare industry requirements, regulations, and standards to architect solutions that meet compliance and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address healthcare-specific challenges and opportunities.

Software Architecture:

  • Define software architecture principles and patterns to guide development teams. Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance application development efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Architecture:

  • Establish data architecture frameworks for managing structured and unstructured data across the organization.
  • Ensure data integrity, availability, and accessibility while adhering to privacy and security standards.

Security and Infrastructure Architecture:

  • Design robust security architecture to protect enterprise systems and data assets. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement proactive measures and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Define infrastructure architecture to support high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability requirements.

Collaborate and Lead:

  • Partner with senior leadership, product management, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business priorities.
  • Mentor and guide architecture team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


You should get in touch if you have:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in a Chief Architect or similar leadership role, with a strong focus on Enterprise and Solution Architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing modern application platforms, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry environment.
  • Expertise in software architecture, including proficiency in microservices, APIs, containerization, and serverless architectures.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture principles, including data modeling, ETL processes, data lakes, and data governance.
  • Strong knowledge of security architecture concepts and best practices, with experience in implementing security controls across diverse environments.
  • Experience in defining and managing infrastructure architecture, including cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive architectural decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
