We are recruiting for a senior associate or VP level investment banking professional in their New York, NY offices largely focused on M&A and Private Capital Raising transactions across the Financial Services sector including Specialty Finance, Consumer Lending, and Financial Technology . You will work very closely with the Group Head and other Managing Directors to supporting deal flow of both middle market and multi-billion dollar transactions. This is a group where you'll have autonomy, growth opportunity, and mentorship from the senior bankers to grow into a Partner in the future.

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of investment banking experience within M&A, Capital Markets, or related products.
• Strong work-ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit to work on a lean team with extra responsibility.
• Specialty Finance, ABS, Consumer Lending, or Financial Services sector knowledge is required.
• Strong business acumen
• Strong communicator
• Financial modeling capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

· Bachelors degree from an accredited university or an MBA from a top business school.

· Ability to work independently and must be able to work effectively in a team environment
