VP IT Audit
Location: NYC
Compensation: 160-215k base
A top American IB is looking to expand their IT Audit team by adding a VP in their New York City office.
Ideal candidates would have 10+ years of experience in the IT/ Technology Audit space and be familiar with cloud computing and migration, database operations, software development, and system architecture. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and planning IT audits covering application and controls, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and working with senior management to mitigate the risks of audit findings.
Responsibilities:
Planning and executing audit engagements
Review code to identify control gaps
Use data analysis tools to assess the design and efficiency of technological controls
Identify and report any risks to senior management and develop plans for mitigation
Requirements:
10 years of experience in IT/Technology Audit
Proficiency in cloud computing software
Understanding and familiarity with software development (Java, C++, C#)
Experience working with technology regulation in the context of financial services
Experience with database administration and big data systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or IT related preferred)
CPA, CISA, CISSP certification (preferred
