Description

We are seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for driving success and fostering professional relationships. This role involves managing all branch office operations, including sales, business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration. You will be responsible for the overall profitability of your location, using your expertise to cultivate new business opportunities and lead a dedicated team toward achieving sales, revenue, and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the branch's P&L, ensuring profitability by meeting or exceeding sales, revenue, and EBITDA goals.
  • Manage expenses within established budgets and hold the team accountable to target margins.
  • Support the sales team in developing new business by nurturing professional relationships and referral channels.
  • Drive project schedules and revenue to meet or surpass monthly targets.
  • Play a key role in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Oversee timekeeping, payroll management, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR on new hire orientation and performance management.
  • Safeguard company assets and manage office budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, including safety and environmental regulations.
  • Foster a positive office culture and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance restoration (preferred).
  • 3+ years of management experience (preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and success.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for business development and leadership functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
