About the Role: The VP of Business Development will lead strategic direction and execution of business growth initiatives primarily within the custom fixtures market.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and driving expansion and revenue growth.
  • Our portfolio includes business interiors, hospitality, retail interiors, architectural millwork, restaurants, senior living, fast-casual and medical and educational institutions.
  • Candidates will have significant experience in the custom fixture industry identifying target markets and potential clients that fit our Design, Engineering, Manufacturing and Sourcing capabilities.
  • Lead marketing efforts to expand the company's presence in existing markets and penetrate new markets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Effective communication of customer expectations to internal teams to handoff client/project related relationship including pricing, schedules, quality and other project related details.
  • Travel will be required as needed.
