Vice President of Commercial (eMobility)

Job Summary:

As the Vice President of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the companies commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the eMobility sector. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while requiring travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand market share in the eMobility sector.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.


Revenue Growth:

  • Lead the sales, business development, and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances.


Market Expansion:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Oversee the launch of new products and services, ensuring successful market entry and growth.


Team Leadership:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.


Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on commercial performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role within the eMobility sector.
  • Strong understanding of the eMobility market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel as required.
