Job Summary:
As the Vice President of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the companies commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the eMobility sector. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while requiring travel as needed to meet with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the commercial strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand market share in the eMobility sector.
Collaborate with the executive team to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives.
Revenue Growth:
Lead the sales, business development, and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and alliances.
Market Expansion:
Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Oversee the launch of new products and services, ensuring successful market entry and growth.
Team Leadership:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial team.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on commercial performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in a senior commercial leadership role within the eMobility sector.
Strong understanding of the eMobility market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel as required.
