The ideal candidate is someone with experience sourcing and leading investments in real estate, specifically hotels and resorts, and can be on site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years hands on investing experience within real estate
Exposure to the hospitality industry, specifically with investing preferred
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to source, underwrite and execute investments
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area
