Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish long-term operational objectives aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Provide guidance and support to general managers, field technicians, and support staff across all locations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including revenue generation, resource allocation, and project management.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Manage national training programs to ensure consistent skill development across the organization.
- Monitor operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analysis to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide coaching to regional and general managers to optimize performance.
- Ensure compliance with permit processes, service contracts, and call center operations.
- Supervise material cost adherence and approval processes.
- Foster a customer-centric culture and uphold high standards for service delivery.
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely access to quality products and services.
- Review contracts and agreements to optimize costs and reduce expenses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to promote a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets aligned with financial goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through operational enhancements.
- Manage operational bonus programs, SPIFF, charity initiatives, and oversee accounts receivable and financing platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of operations management experience in the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of leading and scaling operations in a multi-location environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
