Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. As the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and maintain our position as a leader in the retail entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability
Marketing Leadership: Drive marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, branding efforts, digital marketing, and social media presence, to enhance brand recognition and engage customers
Brand Positioning: Continuously evaluate and refine the brand's positioning in the market. Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and communications
Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience, making our retail entertainment destinations even more appealing to visitors
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Utilize data and market insights to identify growth opportunities
Team Development: Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
Partnerships and Alliances: Explore and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance our offerings and reach new customer segments
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or entertainment industry
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
