Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director or Vice President of Sales to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s sales strategy, leading the sales team, and expanding the market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the water treatment sector.
Maintain and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably in the water treatment or related industry (10 Years Minimum)
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
