Vice President of Supply Chain Strategy & Innovation

Role Overview

As a key contributor in supply chain innovation, you will lead transformative initiatives aimed at enhancing end-to-end supply chain processes within a dynamic organization. This role involves collaboration with various teams including sales, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives, including new planning systems.
• Partner with teams to innovate and enhance business models, improving internal and external customer experiences.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, working across business units to streamline operations and drive performance.
• Utilize analytical skills to address real-world business challenges with advanced analytics and emerging technologies.
• Communicate complex strategies and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, proactively identifying areas for improvement to maintain high performance.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading supply chain transformation and managing complex projects.
• Master's degree in industrial engineering or a related field preferred; certifications such as APICS and PMP are advantageous.
• Expertise in advanced planning systems, demand and supply planning, factory scheduling, and inventory management.
• Proven track record in managing large, diverse teams and handling budgets effectively.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with executive leaders and peers.
