Madison Industries is seeking a VP of Operations to lead multiple manufacturing sites across North America. The VP of Operations will partner with site manufacturing leaders and business general managers to deliver world class operation performance, build a continuous improvement culture, and implement strategies to support business growth. This role requires strong team leadership skills, strategic thinking, and deep manufacturing operations experience.
Essential Functions:
Ensure that manufacturing sites deliver against critical KPIs, including safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity.
Develop and drive implementation of strategic plans to support the business growth objectives.
Continuously evaluate manufacturing performance, implementing appropriate innovations and process improvements as required.
Standardize and implement metrics and controls to drive business performance and manage risk.
Foster a strong company culture dedicated to safety, quality, innovation, operational execution, and customer intimacy.
Ensure effective recruiting, training, development, and succession planning.
Travel required: 2-3 weeks per month.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred) or related field.
MBA in Operations or Business Management considered a strong asset.
Experience:
Minimum of 15 years in operations with increasing leadership responsibility.
