Qualifications and Skills

• 8+ years of real estate operations experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong financial acumen and experience overseeing large property budgets.
• Proven ability to manage diverse multi-family and mixed-use portfolios.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience working across departments.
