We want to extend our deepest gratitude for the overwhelming support, prayers, and understanding during Hurricane Milton. Thanks to the thorough and thoughtful planning of our teams, we are grateful to report minimal damage and, most importantly, the safety of all our residents and team members. This outcome was made possible by the incredible teamwork and dedication across our entire organization. Our on-site teams, alongside additional support from neighboring communities, regional teams, and our home office in Florida, executed meticulous preparations. As the storm's path shifted, everyone adapted swiftly, keeping safety at the forefront while keeping families informed every step of the way. We are also pleased to share that all residents evacuated from Inspired Living Tampa have safely returned, thanks to the outstanding coordination of our teams. Our remaining communities sheltered in place, and power is being restored as we continue the recovery process. To our Florida communities—Liana Sarasota, Liana Venice, Inspired Living Tampa, Sun City Center, Ivy Ridge, Bonita Springs, Ocoee, Lakewood Ranch, Hidden Lakes, the Fairways at Naples, and Bella Mar at Delray and Royal Palm—your tireless efforts to implement safety measures and adapt to the evolving storm conditions were nothing short of heroic. We are incredibly grateful to our residents, their families, and all team members for their patience and strength during this time. As we move forward with the recovery process, we will keep you informed of any important updates. Thank you again for your unwavering dedication, compassion, and support. With sincere appreciation, Shelley Esden Chief Operating Officer, Distinctive Living
