IHMVCU is growing and seeking a Video Teller. This position will be located at the Headquarters Office in Moline, IL.

What does a Video Teller do?
- Imagine using face time technology to help members from anywhere through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITM).
- Providing exceptional member service while accurately processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.
- Actively provide solutions, products and services to benefit the members needs.
- The operating hours are Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm including Saturday and Sunday hours.
- Anticipated start date for this position is September 9, 2024
- Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)
- Exceptional customer/member service and communication skills.

Physical Requirements
- Sitting: Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

- Visual Demands: Visual acuity to do things such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen; extensive reading.
