Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Century Bank in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Today, I had the pleasure of completing and graduating from the Iowa Bankers Association’s summer internship program as a member of CBI Bank & Trust. Today’s programming included interviewing with banking leaders from across the state to gain insight into the role they play in the advancement of the industry. The day also included a Q&A with industry experts who discussed their beginnings in their field and how they expect to see it change as younger generations enter the work force. The knowledge shared and experiences gained in this session and the previous one were second to none and helped propel my understanding and desire to innovate unlike any other program I’ve been apart of.
