Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to craft compelling digital experiences across our products, including websites and mobile apps. This role involves collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine the visual identity of our EV marketplace. The ideal candidate will bring a creative vision to life, ensuring a unified user experience across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Refine and enhance the visual language of EV.com's products, from mobile applications to website interactions.

- Create impactful brand imagery for EV.com’s blog and main website.

- Manage and optimize digital assets across various programs.

- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive visual and user experience.

- Continuously update and improve visual designs based on evolving user feedback and brand strategies.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as a graphic or visual designer.

- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in high-quality design and visual craft.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion design is a bonus.

- Deep understanding of design principles including typography, illustration, color theory, and composition.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a robust work ethic.

- Prior experience working with agencies or large corporate brands.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
