Sandata is uniquely positioned as a software technology vendor serving both Payers and Providers in this growing segment of the healthcare market. Sandata's solutions provide a strong Value Proposition for our clients, including compliance, transparency, efficiency, and cost savings.
The Sandata solution has been implemented by thousands of homecare agencies nationwide, is leveraged by national MCOs, and has been selected by numerous state Medicaid agencies to ensure their compliance with the federal mandate to implement Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). The company has a national footprint and is one of the largest technology vendors for the Medicaid homecare industry.
In this role you will be responsible for expanding the Sandata customer base of MCOs in the assigned territory. The key responsibilities of this role will be to manage the full sales cycle; from lead generation to contract negotiations and achieve assigned sales/revenue quotas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned revenue quota targets.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to develop adequate leads to maintain a robust pipeline.
- Use consultative selling techniques in conjunction with a strong understanding of market drivers and technology to construct, present and sell innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to provide 100% total addressable marketing coverage.
- Complete of all sales activities and administrative activities, including lead follow-up, CRM documentation, accurate pipeline reporting, and accurate sales forecasts.
- Cultivate relationships with industry associations and leaders to maintain Sandata’s brand awareness and drive new business opportunities.
- Stay up to date on industry trends.
- Support the voice of the customer function to provide feedback to product teams.
- Participate in various team meetings as requested.
- Ensure security of personal health information (PHI) and report any violations or observations to management.
- Additional responsibilities as required and assigned.
Experience and Required Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of healthcare sales experience;.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong Domain expertise in areas of Long-Term Services and Support (LTSS), Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and Medicaid
- Excellent communication skills.
- High energy level.
- Demonstrated sales track record in highly competitive environments with the ability to identify and prospect new logo opportunities, successfully navigate complex buying processes, negotiate and close contracts.
- Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining detail orientation. Clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with external clients and partners.
- Effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with internal/external staff.
- Creative thinker/problem solver with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
