The VP of Product Marketing will play a pivotal role in our marketing strategy through the positioning of our products and services. They will play an integral part in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy, driving product adoption, and ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers, members and providers. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep passion for the behavioral health landscape, exceptional marketing acumen, and a proven track record of success in B2B environments. Our category is an increasingly competitive one, but our products and solutions are truly differentiated, and it will be your responsibility to ensure we bring this differentiation to life in novel, and inspiring stories that solidify our position as the category leader.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Partner closely with the CxO and broader extended leadership team to position us for future horizons and new audiences in a way that builds brand credibility and opportunities.
  • Lead and develop a team of product marketers across positioning, enablement, CIMR, and operations to execute on our ambitious growth goals and innovation strategy.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats in the mental health sector.
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of our products, ensuring clear and compelling messaging across all channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and other departments to ensure alignment and drive cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage customer feedback, data analytics, and industry insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including sales collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
  • Provide the sales team with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively sell and position our products.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Be a thought partner and deeply embed yourself into the Revenue organization to ensure we are lockstep on strategic areas such as our sales story, our differentiators, our segment strategy, and more.
  • Champion across our entire organization the voice of the market as it relates to what will attract high value prospects and ultimately grow our business.


What Success Looks Like In This Role

  • Achieving our brand awareness goals around Share of Voice, and brand visibility
  • Successfully executing on Product and Service launches in a way that drives traffic, leads, and ultimately credibility
  • Ability to drive product and service adoption across our customers, while ultimately driving and supporting renewal and upsell targets
  • Achieving strong product market fit in our positioning and messaging, ultimately measured by successful pull-through messaging in press, and pick up organically around our messaging
  • Strong revenue organization adoption of our collateral and material, which will be measured through enablement engagement and collateral success metrics
  • Strong partnership relationships with key stakeholders across the business, and team Thriving Scores that show the team is inspired, empowered and energized


What We Expect From You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of the mental health industry and related market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Experience working in a late-stage company or fast-growing startup is a plus.


The target base salary range for this position is $187,200 - $256,100, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
