The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum ten years of progressive sales management experience, with at least six years in programmatic advertising
- Proven track record of success selling into agencies, particularly tiers 1/2/3
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to coach and mentor a growing team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Post-secondary degree in a related field (required)
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Outgoing, creative, and a team player with the ability to build strong relationships
- Deep understanding of media planning, traffic operations, and yield management

- Develop and execute comprehensive national online strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and inspire the online national sales team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Craft high-quality sales presentations that effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Negotiate annual sales deals, securing successful outcomes for the company.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales measurement.
- Possess a strong understanding of media planning, traffic operations, and yield management to optimize campaign performance.
