EHC is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator for a client in the Katy, TX area.

Hours are M-F 8-5pm with occasional OT as required.

Job Description

  • Manage inbound traffic in Warehouse email group.
  • Manage order pull process by printing shop requests and reporting, issuing to warehouse to be pulled, work with warehouse to reconcile any issues, ensure we obtain shop signatures for acceptance and file all completed paperwork.
  • Physical filing for various documents.
  • Oversee order pull process for the client's proprietary pumps which is more time consuming than order pulls for rest of facility business.
  • Be first level of support for order pull and receiving warehouse staff.
  • Data collection for management.
  • Special projects as assigned.


Candidate Required Skills

  • Former admin experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple people and groups to complete a given task
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Good data entry skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once without missing any
