Job Title: Project Developer - Web Development Digital Marketing (San Diego-Based, Remote)

About Us

We’re a legal marketing agency looking for a Project Developer - Web Development Digital Marketing who knows their way around Webflow (top priority) and WordPress. If you’re a developer with experience in Salesforce integration, we want to hear from you!

This job is all about solving web development challenges, driving lead generation, ensuring a great user experience (UX), and managing project workflows. If you’re good with tools like Asana and can keep things moving smoothly between teams, this might be the perfect fit.

While this is a mostly remote gig, we do ask for occasional meetups in San Diego. Not to fret, they are usually good face time in a fairly cool space for meetings or to lock in with fewer distractions.

What You’ll Do With The Team

• CMS Development: Build, maintain, and optimize websites on Webflow and Wordpress. Your role is ensuring sites load quickly, run smoothly, and scale easily.
• Salesforce Integration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to connect Salesforce with our web platforms for better lead management.
• Lead Generation: Use your development skills to boost lead generation through smart digital marketing strategies.
• UX & Responsiveness: Ensure websites are responsive and deliver a great experience across all devices.
• Project Management: Oversee web projects using Asana or similar tools, coordinating with data analysts and developers.
• SOP Creation: Document web development processes to keep everything consistent across projects. This is extremely important.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot daily web dev issues, from Salesforce integrations to UX and lead generation.
• Full Stack Development: Handle both front-end and back-end development to create secure, feature-rich, and user-friendly websites. We can talk more about that later.
  
  

Just To Be Clear, This is The Experience You Will Need:

• Experience with WordPress and Webflow.
• Salesforce integration experience in a web environment.
• Familiar with lead generation tools and strategies.
• Understanding of website responsiveness and UX/UI design.
• Project management experience using Asana (or something similar).
• Ability to create and document standard procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills for web development challenges.
  
  

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with data analysis workflows or working with analytics teams to help them do their thing faster and more accurately..
  
  

Other Details

• Preferably local to San Diego and available for occasional in-person meetings.
• You work well on your own, but you’re also a great communicator and team player.
