Job Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our sales efforts, manage our wellness programs, and ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, wellness knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our wellness services
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship building
Conduct consultations and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services
Maintain and expand the client base through referrals and repeat business
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our weight loss, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and infrared therapy programs
Ensure all wellness programs are delivered effectively and in line with industry standards
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to improve client satisfaction and results
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Educate clients on the benefits and proper use of our wellness therapies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term engagement
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the wellness or health industry
Strong knowledge of weight loss programs, red light therapy, cryotherapy, and infrared therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
Passion for health and wellness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals
Certification in a relevant wellness discipline is a plus
