X-Ray Technician and Patient Care Coordinator

Integrated Medical & Chiropractic clinic seeking a professional X-Ray Technician and Patient Care Coordinator to fulfill roles in x-ray, patient therapies, and front office administration. The Ideal candidate is an outgoing self-starter, fast learner, quick thinker, and a strong communicator. Must be able to multi-task while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work both collaboratively with a team and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Take patient x-rays
• Manage and coordinate the therapy floor with providers
• Take patients on and off therapies
• Take patient vitals
• Assist Nurse Practitioner when needed
• Patient scheduling and appointment compliance
• Patient check-in and check-out
• Front office administration (phones, copying, payment collection and posting, filing, etc.)
• In-office patient care coordination and management
• Discuss finances and insurance benefits with patients
• Develop an in-depth understanding of services offered in the clinic and be able to provide patients with information regarding services.
• Maintain statistics, meet, and exceed goals
• Exceptional customer service and communication
• Establish patient relationships leading to referrals and retention
• Be a leader creating high morale and energy

Familiarity with ChiroTouch EMR system a plus.

Qualifications:

• Basic Machine Operator license or equivalent.
• Good understanding of office administration.
• Highly outgoing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
