🎙️ Take a listen to this thought-provoking chat with Beth Elliott, UXC, on episode #270 of the #SchmidtList podcast! 🌟 We delved deep into the rise of AI in change management and the broader digital transformation landscape. Beth shared profound insights on how companies can harness AI and analog methods to drive innovation and enhance collaboration.  Here are a few key takeaways: 🔍 Human-Centered AI Implementation: AI should focus on making things more accessible for people and enabling teams to work more effectively—don’t let the technology overshadow the human aspect. 🔄 Collaborative Strategy for Transformation: Bringing leaders together to align on goals and problem statements can streamline transformation efforts. Avoid “decision by committee” and focus on breaking down silos for effective cross-functional collaboration. 📊 Continuous Evaluation and Adaptation: Especially in highly regulated environments, start with high-level strategies and iterate based on concept co-creation involving necessary stakeholders as solutions progress. Beth’s expertise in innovation and transformation consulting was genuinely enlightening. If you missed the episode, be sure to check it out! https://lnkd.in/gqE6CFRK

Well done, Beth Elliott, UXC! So many make it so complicated, and it doesn't have to be that way. I love your simple, but impactful, callouts. Get people in a room, lose the "expert" mindset, ask good questions, listen deeply, create storytellers, and don't lose sight of the fact it's still all about the people. I look forward to continuing the discussions between Position to Notice and Ellberry. Lead on, my friend.
