Caring and Living a Life in Service to Others Is a Choice. You can be an extrovert or an introvert. You can be searching for a job or thriving in your career. You can be at the bottom of the company ladder or the CEO. You can be dealing with health issues or be in perfect health. You can have a large support system or feel completely alone. You can be facing social isolation or have a vibrant social life. You can be a single parent or have a strong partner at your side. You can be experiencing burnout or feeling motivated and energized. You can be feeling lost and directionless or have clear goals and ambitions. You can have had an incredibly rough life or have been handed everything on a golden platter. No matter what your circumstances how you live your life and care about others is your choice. I wholeheartedly agree with Gary Vaynerchuk “Being nice is never a bad idea, ever.” Consider that you never know what another person is going through so why not choose kindness and compassion? It can be as easy as smiling at others walking down the street or exchanging a few kind words with someone in an elevator that could brighten their day. Your actions toward others are always your choice, and who knows… They could also lead to your happiness along the way! #LeadingwithKindness #Caring
