One of the largest investments taking place Hinitsa Bay in Porto Heli, Greece by Irish Paul Coulson is under construction. The five-star project has been officially undertaken by Four Seasons and will offer views of the Argolic Gulf and the nearby island of Spetses. The expansion and upgrade will transform the existing beachfront facility, which currently spans 750 acres and 3.25 kilometers of shoreline, into a new Four Seasons experience with 80 guest rooms and suites, 30 bungalows, as well as Four Seasons signature private villas. The area also includes the Alexiou Estate, set within a 13-acre garden full of facilities as well as a suite. At the same time, the Municipality is planning ambitious infrastructure projects with an implementation horizon of 2028, while the Ermionis Marina reform project is also "running". The second largest investment where construction work has started is the 5-star resort under the Six Senses brand. This is the second presence that Six Senses will have in Greece, as the brand will also take over Grivalia's investment in tropical Petalioi in Evia island. The project is promoted by a group of investors with foreign and domestic capital, including the Taconic Capital fund advised by Cedar Capital and CBE capital, all three of which are based in London and the Goutos family. The new resort will have a hotel with 62 rooms and 12 villas. The villas will be put up for sale. The complex will also include a main restaurant, bar, outdoor event spaces, as well as a cafe and spa with 8 treatment rooms, outdoor gym, boutique and concept store. A step forward a few months ago was taken for the investment of Scarlet Beach of Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed al Nayan. Specifically, the luxury project received the approval, that will lead to the start of the implementation of the investment plan. The tourist complex worth 203 million will include a five-star hotel, tourist furnished residences, recreation areas, restaurants, bars, a beach entertainment area and a marina for boats. Another big investment is the one that is expected to be implemented soon in the historical hotel Akti Salanti, nearby, to be reborn as a luxury resort. The upgrade of the Hermionida unit has been undertaken by the investment company Gnosis Investments, which plans to bring glamor and luxury to the area, in collaboration with the world-renowned Radisson hotel group. The investment company Gnosis Investments, supported by Israeli funds, has received a renovation permit from the Ermionida municipality. The company has already proceeded to set up the company 'Salanti Beach Resort', which will manage the new luxury resort.
