🧘♂️ Improve Mobility More Effectively with Stability Exercises While stretching has long been considered essential for mobility, studies suggest that focusing on stability exercises can improve mobility by 18%, versus only 7% for traditional static stretching. Strengthening your core, hips, and ankles offers better joint support, allowing for more efficient and controlled movement. Benefits of stability training include: 1. Better mobility gains than stretching alone 2. Improved joint stability, reducing the risk of injury 3. Increased muscle control around key areas like the hips and core If you want a fitness transformation that focuses on real movement improvement, consider incorporating more stability work into your fitness routine. Explained: What is “cut the fat” theory? When we go into the gym, we try to become better in terms of fitness, looks, strength. For that, we lift, we run and we try to cut fat, and gain muscles. If we gain muscles, we gain power to work. Similarly, while creating content from raw content which has too much unnecessary information, we need to remove the unnecessary information. Unnecessary information is nothing but fat. If we are able to “cut” or “reduce” the fat, the toned content will be easy on the eyes and brain, and it will give us power to do the work in much easier way. #instructionaldesign #learninganddevelopment
