About us
An outstanding fitness and leisure facility with first class equipment and revolutionary X-Force Strength Training Equipment. 3 pools, over 100 classes per week, squash courts & table tennis. Body Transformations, Results Guaranteed. 3-1-5 Lancaster was the biggest Health and Fitness Club to launch in the UK in 2013 and we are now positively enhancing the lives of 4000 members. We are contributing positively to the health and wellbeing of the community reaching out and servicing 2.9% of the Local community (Lancaster catchment 140,000 population) delivering our vision to “positively changing people’s lives by Creating an experience that helps people get the most out of their lives and inspires them to become their best” and delivering a profitable business. The reach and awareness of 3-1-5 through our marketing, communication and partnerships has created a positive reputation as the regions No1 Health Club within 8 months of opening and one of the Best in the UK. In November 2012 we agreed exclusive licence rights and partnership for X-Force with Mats Thulin and launched a new Company “X-Force UK” to operate and create a partner network with the full support and backing of the manufacturer; both for the supply of the equipment and to build a UK chain of X-Force branded clubs.
