Meet Micki Murphy
We are excited to welcome Micki Murphy to our team as the Southeastern Regional Sales Manager. In this important role, Micki will oversee all sales southeast operations, putting strategic plans into action to boost revenue, and expanding our presence in the southeastern region. Her extensive experience in sales management and deep understanding of the masonry industry make her the perfect person to lead our team to new successes.
Micki brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven record of success in the sales field. She has an impressive ability to create and implement strategies that not only meet but exceed revenue targets. Her keen insight into market trends and her skill at building strong client relationships will be key in increasing our market share and reaching our business goals.
Professional Background
1988 to 1994: Micki began her career as a Sales Representative, quickly establishing herself as a dedicated and effective sales professional.
1994 to 1999: She advanced to become an Independent Manufacturer’s Representative, showcasing her ability to independently drive sales and build strong client relationships.
1999 to 2009: Micki served as a Regional and National Sales Representative, expanding her expertise and influence across larger territories.
2009 to 2021: She excelled as a Regional Sales Manager and Branch Manager, leading teams and managing branch operations with notable success.
2022 to 2024: Most recently, Micki worked as a Field Technical Sales Representative and Architectural Representative, further honing her technical sales skills and deepening her industry knowledge.
Throughout her career, Micki has covered Division 3, 4, and 7, with a particular passion for Division 4, where she has spent the bulk of her career. Her extensive experience and enthusiasm for this division make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Personal Background
Micki is married with two children and four grandchildren, including a brand-new addition to the family. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, reading, playing the piano, and is an avid SEC football fan.
