A duo can become extremely strong and powerful innovative. Your best friend, your husband or wife and so your best colleague, often in live we need a special connection to someone for a reason that is not always clear. We seek for it and when we do find her or him we will push each other to the better, more creative and productive. This relationship is also a bit weird; it has shades of competition and cooperation at the same time that get nested. A discussion turns easily into a discrepancy and if you don’t know these two persons and have not seen them working together before you might think that they will never come to an agreement. At the end there is always understanding and the initial idea has become better. These two individuals together will excel everything. Sometimes they will act as one, sometimes as two but mostly you will experience the work of them two as they were several, definitely more than two. Without digging or speculating more about which mechanisms are behind the fact that those two persons actually get together to create something spectacular in common you can definitively study several pairs though history: William Hewlett and David Packard, John Lennon and Paul McCartney, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, and many others.
