MyPO V: It's the 70's again. Flight to suburbs, lack of public safety, inflation, & failed cities. We often fail to learn from history. The policies of the 1970's needed to be countered by the policies of the 1980's and the leadership to recreate growth, safety, and innovation. Granted there were a lot of failures in the 1980's but a holistic view on how we got here will be useful.
