𝗖𝗘𝗢 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗨𝗽 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 Former Hollywood Artist turned advocate for healing frequencies🎶Sharing the transformative power of vibrations for personal and planetary wellness🌎
Using Sound to Fight Cancer 🎶 Doctors are now using sound waves to treat tough cancers like prostate, liver, and pancreatic cancer. At places like UC San Diego, they're using high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) to target and treat prostate cancer instead of traditional methods. Other hospitals in the U.S., Europe, and Asia are also using HIFU to treat liver and pancreatic cancer, with promising results. This breakthrough shows that life depends on water, light, and frequency. As we explore more about how these elements work together, we're opening up exciting new possibilities in medicine.✨ #cancertreatment #soundtherapy #healthcare #tech #quantumbiology #medicalresearch

🚀 Exciting News: Our Latest Research Article Published in #CancerReports on March 22, 2024! 🔬 "Role of long non-coding RNAs in cholangiocarcinoma: A systematic review and meta-analysis" We are thrilled to announce the publication of our comprehensive research on the impact of long non-coding RNAs (#lncRNAs) on the diagnosis and prognosis of cholangiocarcinoma (CCA), a rare but increasingly prevalent cancer of the biliary tree. Our study systematically reviewed and meta-analyzed data from 33 studies, encompassing 2677 patients, to assess the diagnostic accuracy and prognostic value of lncRNAs in CCA. This research underscores the potential of lncRNAs as reliable biomarkers in CCA, providing a beacon of hope for better diagnosis and improved patient outcomes. A huge thank you to my co-authors and everyone involved for their dedication and hard work Mohamad Mehdi Khadembashiri, Saba Maleki, Parnian Shobeiri, Razman Bahri, Asal Khalili, mohammad eslami. 🔗 Access the full article here: [DOI: 10.1002/cnr2.2029](https://lnkd.in/dvf2qmwv) #Cholangiocarcinoma #CancerResearch #lncRNAs #MedicalScience #SystematicReview #MetaAnalysis #Oncology #biomarkers #Publication #Wiley

At J&J, we understand the profound impact of precision medicine on cancer care and are excited to engage with experts on the latest advancements in pathology and targeted therapies at the European Society of Pathology’s European Congress of Pathology. Today’s cancer diagnosis goes beyond tumour origin and stage – it needs complementary molecular profiling. Biomarker testing is crucial for selecting the best treatments and identifying patients who will best respond to targeted therapies. But this is only possible through collaboration. A new article published in The Pathologist with insights from Ales Ryska, Chair, Department of Pathology, Charles University Medical Faculty, Hradec Králové, Czech Republic, explores how collectively, we can optimise biomarker testing to revolutionise cancer care, starting with the pathologist. Read more to see how we can shape the future of oncology together: https://lnkd.in/eQS5N5_G #Pathology #PrecisionMedicine #ESPCongress

🌟 Excited to share insights from my recent talk “Precision in Lung Biopsies: From Decision to Incision”, presented at the 45th International Early Lung Cancer Action Program (I-ELCAP) meeting and the 1st Alliance for Global Implementation of Lung and Cardiac Early Disease Detection and Treatment (AGILE DxRx) conference in Madrid, Spain. Key Highlights: • Deep learning AI-based radiomics algorithms show promising results in evaluating the risk of malignancy in lung nodules. They offer the possibility to triage directly from one scan, eliminating the need to wait for VDT (volume doubling time) measurements. • Electromagnetic CT-navigation enhances the accuracy of lung biopsies, especially for smaller pulmonary nodules. It also has the potential to further reduce the radiation dose to both patients and medical personnel.” Please stay tuned! I will make sure to share the link to the recording of my talk as soon as it’s available online. #lungcancer #gehealthcare #earlydetection

The UW Carbone Cancer Center is now home to the Initiative for Theranostics and Particle Therapy. This initiative will foster collaboration between experts across #medical #oncology, #radiation oncology, #radiology, nuclear #medicine, medical physics and other specialties to accelerate precision radiation #therapy and imaging for patients treated through the UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center. A key focus of the initiative will be translational research, or #research that is designed to benefit human #health. Investigators will assess how particle beam radiation may be effective to treat cancers that are difficult to treat using conventional radiation therapy, how diagnostic and #treatment steps can be combined into a single step referred to as theranostics, and how radiation treatment plans can be personalized for each patient.
