But are you looking at these key KPIs from an overall business POV, Or breaking it down into categories, subcategories and further? For example: If you have flower on sale as a daily deal, Does it have to be the entire category? Or can you walk that back to being a deal on a specific subcategory, or even a specific brand? These focused deals mean customers still have the perception of choice without losing your entire gross profit margin. There is always room to lower your discount %.
