Findings from the California Statewide Study of People Experiencing Homelessness show that intimate partner violence (IPV) and homelessness are intertwined. This Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we'd like to emphasize the critical role housing plays in allowing people to seek safety from intimate partner violence. As one CASPEH participant said, "...People that are in abusive relationships would get out if they had an out to go to..."
