Doctor Jesus, what advice would you have for CEOs that are looking to scale up their organisations to rapidly grow? It is my warning in all my lectures, I said to CEO's. Don't grow like this. They all want to grow, Grow. Be careful, there is a difference between growing and developing. Cancer is growing. Do you want to cancel? You're growing. What's your problem? You're going to cancel. You don't want growing, you want developing. Because when you grow like this. The danger is. And you know it. What's going to happen? It's going to fall. Why is it going to fall? Because building a company. Is like building a high rise. You build it when you started with foundations for three floors. You were small. You know, that's what you could do at that time. The people you had, the money you had, The space you had, The technology you had. However, the market is booming. There is shortage of real estate. Let's build the 4th and the 5th and the 6th and the 7th floor. And what's going to happen? Going to collapse. I've seen this all the time. These are called the Google companies. They get wow, the market is booming. Let's go boom, boom, boom. Quality goes down. Morale goes down because people are over. Overworked quality of management is not good enough because you're over. Based on the quality of the management you have in terms of their training and capabilities, the organization structure is. A mess because you are growing new things. Who gets what? The whole thing becomes a nightmare and it collapses. As a matter of fact, when people tell me we are growing 35% a year, wow, Doctor adhesives, I say you have a problem. Problem 35% a year. You know we should be a problem like this every year. So you have a problem. You have growth. You don't have development. What you need to do? Grow. Grow. Grow. Grow. Stop. Redo the foundations. Grow, grow, grow, grow, redo the foundations. So now I'm going foundations for seven floors. For 15 floors you see. And we have a proof that this works. We are helped company grow from $12 million. When we left it was 750. It continues to grow. Today it is 4 billion. For 250 million to 10.5 billion. By doing this now. This is. Clear. You can see it in all living systems. All living systems sleep. Were you sleeping? It's a waste of time. Fish, sleep, Trees sleep. People sleep. Snake sleep, Everything sleeps. Why? Why do we sleep? Because when you're during the day, you're falling apart. It's sleep. You reintegrate. I will get up in the morning full with energy. Start again. Try not to sleep for three days. For one week. You commit suicide. That's what happens to companies. They commit suicide. They don't stop to look at the inside. Breathing inside. Outside. Inside. Outside. A company needs to breathe. Need company needs to stop it, stop a second. I mean not stop the whole company and go, you know, dormant. No, no, no. We refocus now. The focus is on the inside, focus on the outside, focus on the inside. The best that that what we do is for companies. We teach them how to cross the street and chew gum at the same time, which means how. To grow, but at the same time building inside at the same time simultaneously, so you don't need to stop. You can actually devote time and stay out of the 22 working days in a month. 20 days of working with the outside, two days a month. Sorry. We work on the inside and that's the way to do it.
