Strategically positioned on the Arabian Sea, Gwadar port holds a key advantage, serving as a vital trade link between China, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Its development into a deep-sea facility not only boosts its trade capabilities but also fosters large-scale connectivity. The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), a $62 billion endeavor, plays a pivotal role in positioning Gwadar as the next commercial powerhouse akin to Dubai. By investing in infrastructure, energy, and development projects, the CPEC aims to spur economic growth in Pakistan and establish Gwadar as a bustling commercial center. This comprehensive initiative involves the construction of roads, railways, airports, and power plants, all of which promise to stimulate the local economy and create employment opportunities. Furthermore, Gwadar's pristine coastline and scenic beauty present an attractive proposition for tourism development. Building hotels, resorts, and recreational facilities has the potential to attract global tourists, thereby boosting income for the region and providing jobs for local residents. Moreover, a flourishing tourism sector can help showcase the region's cultural heritage and enhance its international reputation. #clickmepakistan #GwadarPort #TradeGateway #CPEC #InfrastructureDevelopment #EconomicHub

Burj Khalifa: Unique Ramadan Experience Before its official opening in 2010, the Burj Khalifa was known as the Burj Dubai, a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is well-known for being the highest building in the world. With a total height of 829.8 m and a roof height of 828 m, the Burj Khalifa has held the title of tallest building and structure in the world since its launch in 2009, beating Taipei. Muslims worldwide mark Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, as a time for fasting, prayer, introspection, and community. Suhur is the term for the dawn meal, and iftar is the term for the evening meal that breaks the fast. Because of its height, those inside the Burj Khalifa’s top floors must wait longer than those on the base floor to break their fast. Because sunset occurs later on the upper levels than on the lower floors, residents must wait an extra few minutes to break their fast. “Burj Khalifa is almost one km (0.6 miles) high, which means people on higher floors can still see the sun after it has set on the ground,” According to Ahmed Abdul Aziz al-Haddad, Reuters. Because they can view the sun for three more minutes than those on the ground, those higher than the 150th level must wait. #BurjKhalifa #Ramadan #Fast #Iftar #Dubai #TallestBuilding #newsheadlines #news #information #newstoday

🚩 The United Arab Emirates rise on a peninsula near the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman. Their history dates back to well before the 7th century and intertwined with the Ottoman Empire starting from the 1500s. This distant past is followed by a prosperous present that began with the discovery of black gold. Today, the United Arab Emirates consists of seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Dubai, Fujairah, Ras al-Khaimah, Sharjah, and Umm al-Quwain. 🚪 Dubai, a crossroads between Europe, Asia, and Africa, originated in the early 1800s as a fishing village but quickly began to grow so rapidly that a standard address system was never developed until 2015, when buildings were identified with Makani numbers. 🌃 The remarkable economic growth of recent decades has been driven mainly by the real estate, tourism, trade, and finance sectors. The government has adopted proactive policies to promote foreign investment and economic diversification, making the city one of the region's leading economic hubs. ▶️ As Miss Market reminds us, the city exudes an international aroma, further fueled by the Expo 2020 project that has revolutionized the atmosphere of Dubai..

Yes it’s an ambitious project. The project team should consider the best approach for storm water management not on the bridge dick but at the location areas it’s a huge catchment and the existing drainage system around is not working properly and sufficient to catering flow with storm periods. Its design for 5 year cycle. It’s should have drainage system with new structures. I mean the gullies shouldn’t be used any more there. Design criteria should be revised totally. Yes I understand that the cost would be higher than normal standards but could save a lot in different aspects. Economics sustainability and operational efficiency. Think on this you can finding a lot of excellent design management to avoid horrible things
