🚨 Highlighting a case of severe ethical breach in legal services! My personal story with Burnetts Solicitors is a cautionary tale of what happens when legal firms neglect their fundamental duties. 🚨 In 2022, I trusted Burnetts to handle my Will, given my business was a major asset. By 2023, they shockingly represented interests against me without my consent, marking a gross conflict of interest and betrayal of trust. This issue spiraled into unethical practices and questionable legality, including a bogus forfeiture case and my subsequent illegal eviction. Despite my efforts to address these grievances, my calls for accountability were met with indifference. In a bid for transparency, I conducted a Subject Access Request under GDPR, uncovering significant compliance failings. Despite my appeals for corrective action, the firm's response was largely dismissive, prioritizing image over integrity.
