The evidence continues to grow and combat false narratives around affordable housing: Affordable housing has positive impacts on communities without harming property values and adding much-needed attainable housing. One aspect I love about my role at Development Strategies is the ability to support and contribute to LIHTC applications and developments through research and market analysis.
