3moInformative episode! Nice to hear that Dr. Shanila is a dentist by profession. It was a revelation to hear Dr. Shanila share in the conversation that in 2003 she joined as a supervisor for one of the Aster clinics. It was a learning to hear Dr. Shanila mention in the episode that Medcare hospitals started way back in 2007. Good to hear Dr. Shanila explain in the conversation that they currently have 22 clinics and 5 hospitals. Glad to hear Dr. Shanila share in the episode that having that element of empathy is what they are trying to build into the DNA of their staff.
