it's funny how company's will hire you for this position but say if you don't also do this position were gonna have to have a talk like you are in trouble or something for doing what you were hired to do, I will gladly take on more but we need to have a different conversation about compensation if you would like me to help the techs do there job to. a simple conversation can avoid all the unnecessary issues don't threaten just ask plain and simple

Finding good marketers for your in-house team is hit or miss. And it has the hit rate of Shaq at the free throw line. Especially if your hiring process isn't thorough. It may not even be the best way forward. pros of hiring in-house: - familiarity - safety - trainability - can expand tasks without paying extra - more oversight and control cons of hiring in-house: - diminishing returns on motivation - expensive to find and retain - quiet quitting - often less time efficient Outsourcing can be equally debatable. best part is you can hit the ejecto seato button easily. #marketing #hiring
