The expectations were big for NVDA results, and the company beat them. Revenues grew a mindblowing 268% vs same quarter last year and Net income grew 628% vs the same period. NVDA is the poster child of the AI revolution, similar to what CSCO systems was for the internet revolution. The implications of these results go beyond the performance of the company: the whole market is dependent of a handful of stocks that are betting big on AI. And the US economy is using AI as the white knight that can fight inflation and solve the debt problem through an incredible leap forward in productivity. The Autumn Statement’s combination of business tax cuts and investments in AI innovation centres offers an opportunity for forward-thinking companies to raise their technology game. We set up a new Zellis AI Labs team back in April this year and hopefully this new set of measures from the government will encourage other companies to seize the opportunities presented by artificial intelligence as one way to level up the disappointing UK growth projections

“Without AI, the amount of data and the speed we need would be unmanageable,” RepRisk CEO Philipp Aeby explains to Handelsblatt Susanne Bergius.   Investors and other market participants rely on rapidly available information for due diligence obligations, supplier assessment, and investment risk management. “To identify and assess ESG risks, we analyze over two million public documents in 23 languages daily,” Philipp adds.   Harnessing the enormous potential of AI in ESG and finance requires domain-specific knowledge and curated training data.
