Αυτές οι μπάρες όντως κάνουν ΚΑΛΟ! Και σας το λέμε από προσωπική εμπειρία. Εδώ και έξι μήνες περίπου, όλοι οι συνάδελφοι στα γραφεία μας στην #Αθήνα και τη #Θεσσαλονίκη βρίσκουν καθημερινά και απολαμβάνουν τις Ενεργειακές Μπάρες Ξηρών Καρπών της School Synergy Snacks (3S). Η #3S είναι μια Κοινωνική Συνεταιριστική Επιχείρηση (Κοιν.Σ.Επ.) Ένταξης Ευάλωτων Κοινωνικών Ομάδων που λειτουργεί από το 2019 με όραμα την επαγγελματική αποκατάσταση και τη μεγαλύτερη δυνατή αυτονόμηση νέων με νοητικές αναπηρίες και άλλες αναπτυξιακές διαταραχές. Μάλιστα ξεκίνησε πριν μερικα χρόνια ως Μαθητική «Εικονική Επιχείρηση», συμμετέχοντας στο πρόγραμμα του Junior Achievement Greece. Αξίζει να γνωρίσετε καλύτερα τους ανθρώπους, την ιστορία και το έργο της 3S και σίγουρα να δοκιμάσετε τα εξαιρετικά προϊόντα της. Για τρίτη συνεχή χρονιά είμαστε στην κορυφή των 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 στην Κατηγορία 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀 για τον κλάδο 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 / 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀! Στην τελετή βράβευσης που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 10 Ιουλίου, το χρυσό βραβείο παρέλαβε από την πλευρά μας η Eleftheria Despoinara, Inclusion & Diversity Lead, η οποία δήλωσε σχετικά «Είμαι πολύ χαρούμενη και περήφανη που παραλαμβάνουμε για 3η χρονιά αυτό το βραβείο. Αυτή η διάκριση είναι μια αναγνώριση για τις πρωτοβουλίες που αναλαμβάνουμε εντός και εκτός εταιρείας για έναν κόσμο συμπερίληψης και ισότητας χωρίς αποκλεισμούς, όπου ο καθένας μπορεί να είναι ο πραγματικός εαυτός. Αυτό το βραβείο ανήκει συνολικά στο ελληνικό γραφείο και ειδικά στην ομάδα του I&D.» Θερμά συγχαρητήρια σε όλες τις εταιρίες και πρωτοβουλίες που διακρίθηκαν! Είμαστε πολύ χαρούμενοι για τη διάκρισή μας ως ένας από τους 10 κορυφαίους εργοδότες επιλογής στον κλάδο της Τεχνολογίας, με βάση την εκτεταμένη έρευνα αξιολόγησης 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 που διεξήχθη από το 𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗮.𝗴𝗿 το 2024.
