For those of us who are business owners in construction and coatings, we all know the struggle. ✅ We want to deliver great customer service. ✅ We want to build strong relationships. ✅ We want to create lasting partnerships. But sometimes, the customer doesn’t value the relationship in the same way. And when the customer is the one holding all the money and pulling all the levers, it can make it tough to operate in good faith. As a contractor, you want to keep things professional, but you also need to make sure the customer is treating you in a way that helps you help them.
