Interesting course, not only spotting the lights on the impact of being non compliant, but also its drawback on employee's morals and motives for best delivery. my submission in the "peer-graded assignment" was about "Telecom company risk profile" with full mark :), in which covered financial risk, operational risk, reputational risk, and compliance risk. assuming couple of strategies to mitigate each of the mentioned risks, herein what I proposed for compliance risk mitigation: Compliance risk "Regulatory": in order for telecom company to complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, the following strategies to be deployed: a- To work as a trusted partner of regulatory bodies, by creating policies that support a competitive, innovative and sustainable telecom services. b- To drive positive change and promote the interests of the company through strategic engagement and advocacy with policymaker.
