This summer, another Innovation Camp session has come to an end. As you can imagine, this program is very important to me because it promotes continuous development and innovation. But more than that, it allows my colleagues to challenge their own limits. And that's my secret to a rewarding career. In August, I celebrated 22 years at Hutchinson. It made me look back and think about all the times I've dared to challenge myself, change course and create new things. One of them was the development of the Innovation Camp.  So, if you're reading this, I've three pieces of advice for you:  - Don't be afraid to say what you want and create the opportunities to achieve it.  - Embrace the challenges that come your way, because the butterflies in your stomach mean you're on the road to something new.  - If you're my colleague at Hutchinson, sign up for Season 3 of Innovation Camp. 🌟 Celebrating the 7th Edition of #DOW #4STAR Event! Last week, I had the privilege of participating in the 7th edition of the #DOW #4STAR event. It was a day filled with engaging discussions on critical topics: Safety, Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and Service. 🚀 In the previous edition, I was part of the organizing team as a member of the supply chain rotational program. This year, I had the honor of sharing the stage with our Global Innovation Director, Jeff Tazelaar. During our fireside chat, I interviewed Jeff and asked his advice on how we can be successful in implementing innovative solutions not only internally but cross our entire ecosystem. ✨ Key Takeaway: Jeff emphasized that the half-life time of skills has exponentially decreased over the past decades. His advice?
