How to monitor a project particularly the execution : Nothing can be more important than ensuring that a project is continuously and effectively monitored so that it does not slip scheduled completion time. For that one focal point from both contractor and client side are engazed that regularly meet fortnight or weekly basis along with all discipline leads. The focal points must have complete understanding of all disciplines and prime responsibility of them are finding out and removing holds that impede progress. Not only design but erection, testing and commissioning as the design progresses. The main tool for the monitoring is S curve from planning and catch up plan if actual S curve lags behind the planned The individual discipline lead must be prepared with tools like Hold register, design change and other tools discussed before to account for any slippage and the focal points must resolve those . Initially focal points look at Process and Mechanical who have to work most to give inputs to other disciplines and their progress will be higher while others will lag. As time progresses, process and mechanical will saturate and other discipline will ascend progress and thats the way any project works out. The project engineers will take inputs from above focal points and settle contractual, commercial, cash flows matters.

Because of this abstract and brutalist atmosphere, the main player for the music is the Yamaha CS-80 synthesizer which is mostly known for a certain movie set in a dystopian future... You might be able to guess which one :) Because of the lack of organic material in the shot, but mostly because I got so inspired by the CS-80, this track is mostly synth, with some guitar for that extra 80's aestetic. For the nerds; The main pad, lead and bass are CS-80, The Prophet 5 provides some texture detail and a Linndrum kick and snare come flying by for some tension.
