I am really proud of the work IMPACT Commerce has done together with Google this year to raise the bar around the research within Omnichannel. The 4th edition of our Omnichannel Index report has elevated in quality and made the results even more useful when helping retailers assessing their own offering. The components of the index works as a foundation to shape longer term Omnichannel roadmaps with retailers when setting out new targets for Omnichannel excellence. Comprehensive omnichannel offerings increase the order volume and the revenue. More orders with lower average order value indicates a consumer behaviour that is quite comfortable shopping around in different channels.
