We are hiring a People Operations Specialist. This person will play a key role in enhancing and executing people processes to boost efficiency, satisfaction, and culture alignment while also managing daily people operations seamlessly.
What you'll be doing?
✅ Your primary objective is to ensure smooth people-related operations and drive our core values and culture forward.
✅ Manage the HRIS, performance management system and PEO relationship from a policy, compliance, and day-to-day standpoint.
✅ Oversee and develop effective performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
What we're looking for?
🏆 Experience in a People Ops role before.
🏆 Experience working in a small start-up (500 people or less)
🏆 Experience with the above "What you'll be doing?" section.
What is the pay?
💵 $80,000 - $120,000 Base (flexibility for the person with more experience)
