Yes, we want our company to grow. Yes, we want our teams to grow. Yes, we want to service as many companies as we can. BUT. At the end of the day, our reputation comes first. There’s no growth – at least, not sustainable growth – if you forget your values along the way. We want to be known for providing the best creative, production, and post services in the industry, and that goes for everyone: client AND our teams. So we make damn sure never to bite off more than we can chew. Because going from a 10 to a 100 headcount isn’t impressive if your company loses sight of the vision that made it a place where people actually WANT to be in the first place.

As Walmart goes, so goes the nation? The big-box retailer beat estimates last quarter, it reported Thursday, with revenue up nearly 5% and e-commerce sales surging 22% in the U.S, even as net income dropped. As the largest retailer in the country, Walmart is considered something of a bellwether for Americans' spending habits; CFO John David Rainey said the latest results suggest customers "remain choiceful, discerning, value-seeking... but importantly, we don’t see any additional fraying of consumer health." The chain also raised its sales outlook for the year. One especially hopeful indicator: Walmart's non-grocery sales were positive for the first time in 11 quarters. The results come as annual inflation hits a three-year low, though prices remain much higher than they were pre-pandemic.

Only then can you take identifiable steps towards it. At Fuzzy we truly identify with our values and we will continue to check in on them to make sure they represent who we are.
